Rajasthan technical education research council

Rajasthan Technical Education Research Council [RTERC] was founded in 1993 under the aegis of the most prestigious personalities of India – Late Shri P.D.Kudal [Judge], Chairman, Kudal Commission; Shri Gopal Prasad Mudgal, Retd. Education Officer [Adult Edu.] & Chairman, Rajasthan Brijbhasha Academy, Jaipur; Shri Ganpatlal Vyas, Joint Director [ Sec. Edu.]; Shastri Hare Krishna Katara [RTERC Chief]; Brigadier Ram Mohan Sharma; and Shri S.S.Sharma, Retd. Principal, ITI College with their modern outlook and scientific temper, these india fame personalities felt the need to bring the technical education within the reach of general public and for this goal they have founded RTERC.

Keeping the importance of Technical Education in view, right from the day of foundation, it has been the vision and the will of RTERC that it should play a vital role not only in the making of Rajasthan but also in the making of India by providing employment-oriented technical training to the general public so that they can be benefited by it.

RTERC has its registration under the article 28 of the Rajasthan Organizational Registration Act 1958 of the govt. of Rajasthan. The registration no of RTERC is 242/JP/1994-95.

RTERC has been working on the vivid projects of the govt. of Rajasthan and the govt. of India. For your faddy reference, RTERC has been working for ten years on ‘SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME’. On the basis of programmes undertaken, an intensive study and research were made from 2006 to 2008 on the problems faced during these programmes in the areas. The result of it is that this project has been restarted throughout India form 2009-10.

The findings of the research of RTERC led to the creation of the post of ‘Senior Regional Manager’ in the 667 districts of India. Within 3 years, RTERC will fraise a mass movement for innovative modern education in 667 districts of India and the programme of this innovative modern education have an important role of the ‘Senior Regional Managers’ in their operation. The selection of 85 Senior Regional Managers has been completed this year through out India. The Senior Regional Managers of Rajasthan,U.P., Jharkhand, M.P., Uttrakhand, Haryana, Andeman-Nicobar Islands, Dadar Haveli, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala etc. will play an important role in the ‘Skill Development Programme 2009-10’

  • An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. This crystallizes the essence of our vision for primary prevency.

 

Aims & Objectives of RTERC

1. Indiscriminately education for all; publicity and spited of Technical, Commercial and Industrial Education.
2. Opening of Regional Offices all over India.
3. Arrange employment oriented trainings for the unemployed.
4. Arrange training for ladies/gents in communication and technical education.
5. To open Hindi, English and Sanskrit medium schools.
6. Ensure participation in national programmers by organizing mass awakening camp.
7. Publication of journals and magazines; conduction of “National Talent Examination” public service by the facilators.
8. To arrange training for computer, electrician, electric fitter, turner, welder, radio & T.V., mechanic, carpenter, photography, motor-driving, sheet metal, beauty parlor, leather industry, sewing and knitting.
9. To open school for music, exercise and Vedas.
10. To protect the art and culture of the state which is at the brink of extinction.
11. To bring the people in the main stream of the nation.
